Processing Times

All prints are made to order with care and attention to quality. Please allow the following before dispatch:

  • Prints & greeting cards: 3–5 business days
  • Original artworks: 5–7 business days (additional time may be required for specialist framing or protective packaging)

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Carriers & Tracking

All orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–4 business days — £3.25–£10.00

United Kingdom — Free shipping on orders over £50

European Union — Royal Mail International Tracked — 5–10 business days — £14.99 flat rate

United States — Royal Mail International Tracked — 7–14 business days — £5.00 flat rate Canada — Royal Mail International Tracked — 7–14 business days — £23.99 flat rate Australia — Royal Mail International Tracked — 10–18 business days — £23.99 flat rate

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch and are subject to customs clearance times for international orders.

Packaging & Insurance

We take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

  • Prints are shipped flat in rigid board-backed envelopes or rolled in protective tubes for larger sizes.
  • Original artworks are individually wrapped in acid-free tissue, secured with corner protectors, and shipped in double-walled boxes. All originals are fully insured for their purchase value in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours at gccolourstudios@yahoo.com. 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
